Tucked away fifteen minutes from Rosedale in Azusa, in Arcadia, is a little restaurant called Din Tai Fung that serves up some of the most amazing, mouthwatering dumplings this side of Taiwan. They also offer noodles and steamed buns, but the dumplings are the star item on this menu. Foodies from all across Southern California drive hours and wait impatiently in line for a seat at this restaurant.
Insider tip: For the best dumpling dipping sauce, try this mixing some vinegar to the grated ginger, a little soy sauce, and some chili sauce/oil. You’re welcome in advance for the little piece of heaven.
